Approaching 30 I needed to find a solution

As my career in London started to really take off I found i had less and less spare time to workout, prepare my meals, socialise or even just relax. To make things worse I was getting older, so it was becoming harder and harder to maintain the lean physique I'm accustomed too.

Now I'm not complaining, I'm very fortunate my personal training business has been so successful especially as it wasn't my first career choice. I had started out as a professional basketball player but injuries quickly saw an end to that career. Instead I dedicated myself to learning as much a I could about the Human Body and how to get the most out of it.
